Annabelle Lecointre, a Beaux-Arts graduate and CAP pastry chef, offers group pastry workshops (3h30) to make macaroons, choux pastries, tarts and plated desserts...
Example of a macaron workshop: in half a day, all the steps involved in making a macaron will be carried out: ganaches in different flavors, Italian meringue, powder assembly, macaronnage, making shells in different shapes? not forgetting preservation techniques.
Each participant leaves with his or her own creations and recipe cards.
Home visits possible and group workshops organized according to schedule.
