Discover all the lightness and deliciousness of a red fruit pavlova, a creation as elegant as it is delicious, ideal for 6 people.
During this workshop, our pastry chef will guide you through the creation of a meringue that is crisp on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth, the essential base for this refined pastry. You will then learn how to prepare and poach a smooth cream, while practicing the use of a piping bag to achieve a precise and harmonious presentation.
The pavlova will be enhanced by a generous assortment of red fruits, bringing freshness, acidity and balance to the whole. The workshop will also focus on technique and aesthetics, enabling you to create a dessert as beautiful as it is tasty.
A convivial and creative moment, perfect for developing your gestures, gaining confidence with the piping bag and leaving with a spectacular dessert, ready to be shared with family and friends.
