Ty Menhir Endiverie

Endive was discovered by chance in the 19th century. Developed from improved wild chicory roots, it is not found in its natural state. It grows on roots transplanted in humidity, darkness and heat, using the "forcing" technique.

Endives (October to May), zucchinis, seasonal vegetables.
