Domaine des Pommes d'Armor
Domaine des pommes d'Armor is a cider mill located in the commune of Guitté, in the Rance valley, along the Rophémel reservoir.
The estate processes apples from its orchards to produce cider, apple juice and vinegar.
The apples are picked by hand from the ground, from late September to December.
The apples are then left for several weeks in wooden paloxes after picking, to ensure optimum ripening before pressing.
The varieties for each cuvée are selected for blending before pressing.
The apples are carefully sorted and washed before being slowly pressed in our press.
High-quality cider, naturally foaming on indigenous yeast (apple yeast).
Vinegar made from the lees of our ciders and pressed bitter apples, then aged in oak barrels.
Local apple orchards, in conversion to organic farming.
Visits to the estate on reservation during school vacations. Tickets available on the Tourist Office website
