After a trip around the world, renovating their house and raising three children, Cyrielle and Romain were keen to start a new project together. Five years ago, Cyrielle offered Romain an amateur brewing internship at a brewery in Nantes for his birthday. It was a revelation for Romain. We started brewing our own beer for personal consumption, then bought small tanks to brew in our garage for family and friends. We liked our beer and became passionate about the brewing trade, so we both retrained to set up the Ecume Sauvage team.

BREWING WORKSHOP:

Take a workshop and become an amateur brewer. Romain and Cyrielle will explain all the steps involved in making a beer, but it will be up to you to make your own home brew from 4 suggested recipes. Malting, crushing, mashing, hopping and fermentation... after a 4-hour workshop, brewing will hold no secrets for you! In between all these stages, we'll offer you a tour of the brewery, a tasting of our beers and an introduction to beerology.

This convivial moment will also be accompanied by an aperitif board featuring local products.

After 3 weeks of fermentation, you'll return to bottle the 40 or so 33cl bottles of your organic beer production. You'll enjoy offering or tasting the bottles yourself, labelled with your name.

Workshops are offered on Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Workshop price (for two people): 180?

The price is for one brewing station. One station = two people. You can therefore come and brew your own beer in pairs at no extra charge.
