Gym Respir' - pratique de l'écologie corporelle

Gym Respir' is a Perros-based association that offers gym classes adapted to individual abilities, stretching, Pilates (NEW for the 2025/2026 school year) and Wutao at Espace ROUZIC or at the Maison des loisirs de la rade de Perros Guirec, throughout the school year and also in the summer."

Summer 2025 courses:

Mondays July 21 and 28, and August 4 and 11.

Stretching: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (bring a mat)

Wutao: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Sessions in the gardens of the Palais des Congrès. In case of bad weather, sessions will be held in the Espace Rouzic Studio

Price: 10? per session (free for association members)
