Transplage Trestrignel-Trestraou 2026, nage en eau libre avec ou sans palme

Rendezvous on Wednesday July 29 for the Transplage de l?été in Perros-Guirec (approx. 3 km):

2 swimming events, one with fins and the other without fins between Trestrignel and Trestraou.

The Transplage is open to all, aged 14 and over, with registration (from July 5) at La Rotonde, Plage de Trestraou (parental authorization required for minors).

Sports event open to all on presentation of :

- a medical certificate stating that swimming with/without fins or a swimming event is not contraindicated,

or

- fFESSM or FFN or FFTriathlon 2026 sports license,

or

- Diploma related to swimming (BESAAN, BNSSA, BPJEPS AAN, BE Natation) presentation of valid diploma.

Equipment :

- Wetsuit or shorty (recommended)

Fins event :

- Fins (mono or bi-fins)

- Snorkel, mask (recommended)

- Support swim (hydro speed, accepted but not ranked)

Finless event :

- Goggles

Possibility of taking a shuttle bus from Trestraou to the race start in Trestrignel (to be specified when registering)

Mandatory briefing at 7pm for all participants in Trestrignel and shuttle departure from Trestraou at 6:45pm.

Snack offered to all!

PASS détente/estivales card required (can be obtained from the organizers for the whole summer)
