During this immersive masterclass, you'll discover the fundamental step that makes all the difference between a dull, brittle chocolate, and one that's shiny, crunchy and melting at the same time: tempering. Marine will introduce you to her hand-tempering method on marble, then you'll get down to the nitty-gritty of creating your own praline bars.
