Yin Yoga au Church Café

I've created the course I'd like to take myself when I feel the need to get away from it all and find myself again.

For those moments when I feel the need to let myself be carried along by the flow, to be inspired and to be inspired.

To open myself up to spaces for reflection given by movement, silence, words and images.

This workshop will take place at the Church Café in Perros-Guirec.

- find new flavors in your postural practice

- give and receive adjustments in a small group

- challenge yourself at times

- receive the touch of an experienced masseuse in an incredible yin practice

- observe the soothing silence

- open up a space for reflection through writing
