Wild swimming

Organized by the Falaises d?Armor Tourist Office in collaboration with Fit Ocean. A wild immersion in the highest cliffs in Brittany! A different kind of sea excursion, accompanied by 2 lifeguards. And it's not all swimming, because to earn this splendid spot, you'll have to climb the cliffs first. In addition, there's information on swimming techniques in swell conditions, effort management, reading currents and more. Plus: a presentation of the fauna and flora around you, plus stories about the cliffs.
