The tour begins in the fresh air, amidst organic, high-stem orchards: apple trees, hedgerows, eco-grazing, late mowing?

You'll discover a living agriculture, respectful of biodiversity and the Breton landscape.

Then head to the cider house to follow the secrets of cider-making step by step: pressing, fermentation, production equipment (in operation depending on the season)?
