Welcome to Saint-Brieuc, the French capital of fine brushes! The Léonard brand, owned by the same family for seven generations, offers several hundred brush references in the world of cosmetics and fine arts.
Today, the last three brands of fine brushes in France are based in Saint-Brieuc: Raphael, Isabey and Léonard within the Sauer group.
