As part of the Local Health Contract, Lamballe Terre & Mer is working to help seniors live well,
prevent loss of independence and make their daily lives easier. Working with local players, the Agglomération offers local support tailored to the needs of seniors and their caregivers.
That's why we're offering a fun session based around a puzzle game for people aged 60 and over! Specially designed for seniors, it stimulates cognitive abilities, awakens memory and promotes social interaction.
Hosted by game professionals, teams tackle the themes of nutrition, well-being and good habits, all while having fun. And the winners go home with a prize!
The activity will be followed by a complimentary snack
