This popular event has been going on for some 50 years.

Try your hand at competitive swimming!

Distance: 1.5 km

Start at 2.30pm from Plage des Curés in Plestin (swimmers are called at 2pm)

Registration at the Tourist Office in Plestin or Locquirec. Number of participants limited to 60 swimmers. Registration opens 1 week before, on July 17.

(Wetsuit and medical certificate required)

The August crossing of the bay will take place on August 21. Priority will be given to swimmers who did not participate in July.

No shuttle service will be provided for the return trip. Each participant is responsible for his or her own return.

On the other hand, there is always the possibility of finding a car pool between swimmers. Alternatively, take the N°30 bus line (Lannion-Morlaix via Locquirec and Plestin).
