You'll bypass Plestin on country lanes to reach the Douron valley and Toul An Hery. The return journey takes you along the customs path, with a magnificent view over the bay of LOCQUIREC. Undulating circuit with some technical sections

You'll bypass Plestin on country lanes to reach the Dour Meur valley and Toul An Hery. The return journey takes you along the customs path with a magnificent view of the LOCQUIREC bay. Undulating circuit with some technical sections

- 1 trail of 10 km with 95% on roads.

The loop starts from the bay of ST EFFLAM and heads towards Toul An Hery, with a magnificent view over the bay of LOCQUIREC. The return journey is along the customs path. Not a very difficult circuit, with a few technical sections.

- 2 pink steps: Plistin rose with 8km and 11km - open to all (disguised, not disguised, dressed in pink or not!!!) , non-timed, unranked, free-paced event as part of pink October, to raise awareness of breast cancer screening. Accessible circuit with no major difficulties
