Take a sensory and gustatory break for a day, and take a good look at the natural world around you, during an introduction to plants.
What better way to recognize wild and cultivated plants than an outing around Beauport Abbey in Paimpol? This outing will be followed by a culinary workshop in the kitchen of the Crukin in Paimpol, allowing you to discover the beneficial virtues of plants and enjoy them over a shared meal in the evening! You'll use fresh, local, organic ingredients. We'll talk about balanced vegetarian nutrition, permaculture, gardening and ecology.
A booklet of plant recipes will be handed out at the end of the workshop.
