Program:
? Strengthening the immune system through Yijinjing xisuijing
? Self-massages for health maintenance
? Practice of Xing yiquan and Taijiquan
? Discovery of the school?s forms of meditation
? Daoyinfa school of ling bao ming (jewel of scarlet clarity)
The program is designed to be accessible to all, while allowing the more advanced to perfect their skills in the school?s internal practices. Afternoons are free: let?s make the most of the sea air and the beautiful sites of the Penthièvre and Emerald coasts!
