Take a sensory and gustatory break for a day, and get a good look at the natural world around you, with an introduction to plants.

What could be better than an outing to the Pointe de l'Arcouest in Ploubazlanec to recognize seaweed at low tide? This outing will be followed by a culinary workshop in the kitchen of Le Crukin in Paimpol, allowing you to discover the beneficial properties of seaweed and enjoy them over a shared meal in the evening! You'll use fresh, local, organic ingredients. We'll discuss balanced vegetarian nutrition, permaculture, gardening and ecology. A booklet of plant recipes will be handed out at the end of the workshop.
