Discover the terns of La Colombière island and the biodiversity of the coastline.

Like every year, the terns spend a few months in the ornithological reserve on the island of La Colombière, in the Ébihens archipelago (Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer). Of great interest to French terns, the island is one of only 3 nesting sites for the Roseate Tern, a rare and endangered species in France. The Bretagne Vivante - SEPNB association, in partnership with the Côtes d'Armor department and the Office Français de la Biodiversité, are working to preserve this remarkable site.

Come and discover this site and its birds from the foreshore during an outing led by the Bretagne Vivante wardens. Find out more about these migratory birds and the current nesting season. You'll be able to observe them using the telescopes provided.
