Embark on a kayak trip upstream on the Trieux. Depart from the Domaine de la Roche-Jagu slipway to the Frynaudour bridge. You'll be able to observe the salt meadows and the fragile, atypical flora that inhabits them, and perhaps gain a foothold in a remote area of the Domaine, before returning to the foot of the château. Equipment required: A towel, waterproof clothes and shoes, and a change of clothes. Ability to swim is essential. Minimum age 14. Reservations required.
