Take a moment to slow down and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Bois de Crec'h Guegan.

Lying on mats and cushions, surrounded by branches, bark, fibers and natural materials, each participant enters a sensitive interlude.

Before the reading, we'll spend a short time exploring: touching a piece of bark, smelling a fresh branch, observing the rings on a piece of wood... We'll learn that roots communicate with each other via an underground network, a kind of forest internet.

Then comes the whispered reading. A story about trees, slowness and invisible growth. A soft, close, almost whispered voice. Between the words, breaths guided by the rhythm of life. A moment to listen, to feel, to breathe, to reconnect effortlessly with life. Let the wood teach us its slowness.
