Rendez-vous aux jardins : parcs et jardins de Dinan
Spurred on by the French Ministry of Culture, the 23rd Rendez-vous aux jardins invites you to discover the parks and gardens of Dinan.
Under the theme "The five senses in the garden: sight", this year?s event will be an opportunity to meet the professionals who work on a daily basis to create, maintain and enhance these living spaces. Gardeners, technicians and artists will share their passions, inviting everyone to take a fresh look at the city's landscape and plant heritage.

? At the municipal greenhouses (46 rue Robidou)
- 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm: Greenhouse tour by agents from the City of Dinan's Green Spaces and Biodiversity Department
Discover the municipal greenhouses, a discreet but essential place where plants are grown and prepared to bring flowers to gardens and public spaces. This visit will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the horticultural work and the landscaping choices that accompany the evolution of the town?s gardens.

? At Léhon Abbey
- 4.15pm to 5.15pm: Readings in the garden, with the Dinan municipal library
In this green setting, amid rustling leaves and birdsong, kamishibai, poetry and stories in several voices invite you to reconnect with nature.

- 5pm to 6pm: Tour of the Abbey garden and presentation of site management and new plantings
Here, perspectives are shaped, so essential are they to the place. From the garden, you can see the Rance and its valley, and from the towpath, you can contemplate the wooded park and the silhouette of the Abbey.

From 1:30pm onwards, on the same day, Saturday June 6, Léhon Abbey will be opening its doors for the summer season!
- 3pm to 4:15pm: Lecture by artist Annie Bocel, followed by a tour of the exhibition from 4:15pm
- 3 pm to 6 pm: Meeting and exhibition tour with artist Laurence Nicola
- 3pm: Guided heritage tours of the Abbey

- 4pm: Carte blanche with students from the Conservatoire de Dinan Agglomération, Le Kiosque
- 6pm: Opening of exhibitions by Annie Bocel and Laurence Nicola (open to all)
