10am to 12pm - gourmet walk
Follow the guide and meet a number of local producers: a dairy cow farmer, a herbalist and a honey producer! A convivial, gourmet bike ride. Bike required. Places are limited, so register at transitions@besurmer.fr or 02 96 73 39 96. Departure 1 place Jean Heurtel.
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. - support to regain confidence on the bike
How do you regain confidence on your bike after a long period of inactivity? How to adjust your bike properly? What are the rules of the road? The Goëlocyclette association will help you with personalized exercises! Bike required. Places are limited, so register at goelocyclette@goelocyclette.fr or call 06 11 45 39 44. 10am to 12pm - writing workshop With Vincent Berthelot
Is there something important in your life that you haven't told anyone? Now's the time to write it down, and the Human Factors Agency will carry your message by bike, on foot or under sail... Do you need help with this correspondence? This writing workshop will add strength and poetry to your letters! Places are limited, so register at transitions@besurmer.fr or 02 96 73 39 96. 2pm to 3:30pm - children's course: gain agility on your bike!
Children aged 6 and over are invited to test their cycling agility on this course devised by the Cap à Cité association. We've been told that there are a few prizes to be won!

3pm to 5pm - the CycloBlaster kicks off the music!
The CycloBlaster is a dj + a cyclist who host a giant radio station? On their bikes! Together, they bring a strong visual presence, a sonic ambience and a lively collective experience: open your ears wide!

5pm to 6pm - A table for the cyclist's snack
What's the ideal snack for athletes? Find out from Céline SIRE, dietician-nutritionist for the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. Snack offered to participants in the agility course and the slow race! Parc de la Belle Issue.
2pm to 6pm - stalls and activities of all kinds
The Town Hall and Tourist Office will provide information on the town?s cycling itineraries, and offer rides on Woodyspace and scooters for young and old. Registration on site.
The Seconde Nature recycling center will be offering on-site creative workshops for all ages.
The Goëlocyclette association will be sharing its advice on cycling: the ideal frame, safety rules, best practices, etc.
Diduañ?s Plouhatines will also be on hand to offer a workshop for customizing helmets and bikes with colorful stickers, and to share their advice on how to choose the right bike for your first purchase or rental.
Eric & Rustine, the local itinerant repairer, will be on hand to carry out minor repairs on your bikes.
Speakers from the Air Breizh association will test your knowledge of the link between air quality, health and transport.
Several partners will also be on hand with their extraordinary machines: Vélofasto, Galian, Adelidelaa and Vélomobiles!
