Longe côte is a healthy and convivial activity, accessible to all: everyone can measure their effort and adopt the pace they want. You'll leave the water enchanted, with just one desire: to get back out there.
For your comfort, we lend you quality wetsuits, booties, gloves and hoods. The Centre Nautique changing rooms are equipped with hot showers. A qualified lifeguard is on hand to ensure your safety and supervise your session.
Schedules: Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm all year round (except during the Christmas vacations).
