"Le Talon d’argile - duels en champs clos"

Based in Nord-Finistère, the Ar Soudarded (fighters) association is renowned for its faithful recreation of medieval armored combat techniques. Building on this experience, an unscripted tournament on foot will showcase these 14th-century knights, who will duel in the heart of the château courtyard.

To triumph, the challenge is to break the clay targets fixed to their opponent?s body, under the watchful eye of the referees, who are also there to comment to the public on the valour of these men-at-arms. Like all good tournaments, the day ends with a prize-giving ceremony.
