Initiation Escalade 2026

The Comité Territorial de la Montagne et de l'Escalade des Côtes d'Armor offers you the chance to discover climbing on the cliffs of Erquy or Fréhel with Michel Plesse (DEJEPS Escalade).

maximum 10 people. Children aged 9 and over, teenagers & adults.

Equipment provided (except slippers, bring sneakers). Remember to bring your own climbing equipment if you have any.

Bring: water, sun cream, warm/rainy clothing and sunglasses.

Recommended clothing: jogging pants.

Please arrive 10 min before the session.

Access :

Park at the port of Erquy, take the wooden staircase (subject to accessibility) and continue towards the Cap. 250m before the wooden bridge (overlooking the climbing site and port), a path leads down to the foot of the routes.

Allow 10 minutes' walk from the port.
