-2.30pm: "Sensitive plant observation" workshop by ÉQINOX
Each person chooses a plant that attracts them and explores it through touch, smell, taste, sight and listening in the broadest sense of the word. We learn to "meet" a plant as we would a person, and leave room for our own perceptions.
Far from a classic botany course, the aim is to feel rather than identify. This approach enables us to understand the subtle manifestations of plants, and then to make the link with their everyday uses.
Duration 1h30 (presentation of the approach, connection to a plant and sensitive observation, pooling)"
Adult public /Subscribe by e-mail at eqinox.tuina@gmail.com
