Exposition : Sur les chemins de l'Aquarelle
Landscapes from scenes of life
Exhibition by Evelyne Leroy
"Sur les chemins de l'aquarelle" features a series of watercolors inspired by the seaside, an exploration of its peaceful, ever-changing landscapes.
This exhibition invites us to take a soothing stroll, where we can lose ourselves in the softness of seascapes and escape into Nepalese panoramas. A true dialogue between art and travel, contemplation and creation, where each canvas invites us to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the moment.
Artist's presence on site: Sunday June 28 to Friday evening July 3
Evelyne Leroy has always had a pencil in her hand and colors in her heart, and knew she was made for watercolor from the very first time she met her. This demanding yet free technique has guided her towards an art of calm, reflection and precision, while enabling her to convey her personal vision of the world.
This complicity between water and color gave rise to an ongoing quest for light and transparency on paper. One day, her hands met clay, and a new passion came to enrich her universe: sculpture from live models, where the gaze and gesture capture life in motion.
