Exposition "Sound in Vivo", Kaya Sasaki
It's a playful sonic proposition, an experience without images!
Sound in Vivo is a proposition about the body and imagination through sound. It's a space experiment based on the relationship between body and sound.
Using minimalist sound diffusers, Kaya Sasaki invents a self-choreographed journey in which each visitor moves freely through the device, at once actor and observer, ordinary body and dancing body.
Different sound sources within an installation invite the audience to move through the space and assume listening postures, creating a human and dreamlike landscape. This exhibition calls on everyone's imagination and creativity.
Each sound is a window onto a singular universe, a bit like a sound postcard.
Exhibition open Wednesday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 1pm, and 3pm to 6pm.
Art tour led by the artist on Friday, September 18 at 6pm.
