Drive along the coast and up the Trieux. This unique landscape, born of the meeting of fresh and salt water, is the cradle of a multitude of activities that have succeeded one another over the centuries, the legacy of which the region bears today. Fishers since time immemorial, whether on distant shores or on our own, sailors have demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Supported by a river that irrigates the entire hinterland and ports with international influence, maritime and river trade have been of great importance to the region?s economic development. Spaces for work and exploration, the sea and river have also become places of leisure and experimentation for the technologies of tomorrow. Faithful to Milmarin's identity, the exhibition gives a voice to sea and river professionals in a fun and interactive way, adapted to the youngest visitors, neophytes and enthusiasts alike. Designed in collaboration with sea professionals and in partnership with the communes of Pontrieux, Quemper-Guézennec, Plourivo, Ploubazlanec, Paimpol and Plouézec.
