Céline Floch & Héléna Blanchard

Résonances croisées presents the work of Céline Floch and Héléna Blanchard, at the crossroads of painting and volume. Nourished by their residency in Dakar during the Biennale de l?art contemporain in 2025, the exhibition questions the notion of the totem pole as a point of convergence between spirituality, memory and the collective imagination.

Through color, revisited icons and the enchantment of the ordinary, the two artists weave a sensitive and complementary plastic dialogue.

- Céline Floch / Blossom is a visual artist, muralist and color enthusiast. Nurtured by graffiti in its most diverse forms, she now uses a range of techniques including engraving, painting, sculpture and ink, enabling her to materialize themes such as memory and sensation.

- A multi-disciplinary artist, Héléna Blanchard creates sensitive installations and objects around the themes of identity, memory and healing. Her work, intimate and political, invites us to transform pain into matter, to reconnect with our heritages, and to create spaces for healing, resistance and reappropriation.
