Come and enjoy the foreshore at low tide, discover seaweed, touch it, taste it, identify it and pick it respectfully, "it's alive".

Once you've finished picking, it's time to get cooking.

Learn how to prepare seaweed simply (tips, advice) in a convivial workshop.

And finally, it's time to taste!

Equipment: water shoes or boots, windbreaker, scissors, bucket, sunglasses, sunscreen (bring a change of clothes).
