Come and enjoy the foreshore at low tide, discovering seaweed, touching it, tasting it, identifying it and picking it respectfully: "it's alive".

Once you've finished picking, it's time to get cooking.

Learn how to prepare seaweed simply (tips, advice) in a convivial workshop.

And finally, it's time to taste!

Equipment: water shoes or boots, windbreaker, scissors, bucket, sunglasses, sunscreen (bring a change of clothes).
