An award-winning artisanal pastry chef and chocolatier (MAF), Marine opens the doors of her laboratory to you for confidential workshops in small groups, where passion, technique and transmission mingle in a friendly, inspiring atmosphere.

Experience a gourmet duo moment with our parent/child chouquette class (ages 4-10)! Each duo will make their own chouquettes, accompanied by a creamy chocolate sauce to enjoy straight after baking.

Learn together the secrets of perfect choux pastry, easy to make at home, and discover how to get light, golden and crispy chouquettes, ideal for snacking.
