Concours photo #Objectif Patrimoines : « Photographiez les patrimoines de Bretagne »

A new edition, a new challenge: 75 approved communes become the playground for amateur photographers, who are invited to accompany each image with an evocative phrase.

From the Fête de la Bretagne to the Journées Européenes du Patrimoine, the competition aims to reveal an unexpected Brittany: a discreet detail in a landscape, an architectural singularity, a gesture, a know-how... What if Brittany's heritage was hiding where you least expect it?

A new edition, open to all

Organized by the "Communes du Patrimoine Rural" and "Petites Cités de Caractère de Bretagne" networks, this year's competition has been extended to 75 approved communes, mainly in rural areas.

What makes it special is that it combines images and writing. Each photograph is accompanied by an echoing phrase - an emotion, a surprise, a look.

Because, in the end, it's not just what you look at that counts, but how you look at it.

Since its launch in 2019, the competition has gone from strength to strength: over 1,450 participants have already taken part in the adventure, and more than 4,200 photographs have been shared.

Year after year, these images make up a living mosaic of Brittany: alleys, facades, landscapes, gestures, unusual details... All of them bear witness to the richness and diversity of Brittany's heritage, whether visible or more discreet, tangible or intangible.

Each participant can submit up to 3 photographs, each accompanied by a short phrase. A jury of image professionals and heritage players will select 20 winners, including one Grand Prix, based on concrete criteria: quality of the shot, originality of vision, ability of the image to tell a story, and respect for the theme.

Prizes :

- 1st prize: a cultural gift voucher worth ? 200

- 2nd prize: a 50? cultural voucher.

-The next prize-winners will receive free entry to tourist sites in the designated cities. The results will be announced on October 15, 2026. The winning photos will be presented in an online gallery and highlighted on social networks, alongside images from previous editions.
