What if walking became a meeting place? Adapted physical activity is a lever for staying independent, fit and connected to others. The Local Health Contract of Guingamp-Paimpol Agglomération and Leff Armor Communauté, in partnership with the Centre de Ressources Territoriale pour les personnes âgées (CRT) and the D2 association, are offering summer walks for senior citizens to combat isolation and a sedentary lifestyle. Here's what's in store: from July to August, come and enjoy 7 short walks (3 to 4 km) around Callac. The little extras: every kilometer, you'll be offered a break with an animated presentation by a hiking guide (the benefits of hydration, discovering the flora and fauna, food gathering, etc.). A snack is offered at the start of each walk by the D2 association and their Tiny house. All you need is suitable clothing, no hiking gear. For those unable to travel, a shuttle bus can be provided. Please specify when registering. Walks are free, but registration is required (15 places per walk).
