Matthieu works in diversified organic market gardening (MSV technique) on 2 sites:

> Organic at St Méloir, but not currently open to the public.

> In conversion at Corseul, with direct sales on Friday evenings from 5pm to 8pm.

He is also present on the markets:

> Dinan, Thursday morning

> Plancoët, Saturday mornings.

He delivers to restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.
