The beautiful story of L'AMBR'1

L'ambr'1 was born of an idea, a desire: to rediscover the authenticity of a childhood confection, that mouthful of caramel that brings back happy memories of vacations in Brittany.

It was in 2010 that we created L'AMBR'1, a blend of amber for the color of the caramels and sea spray for the salty side.

In 2017, we were able to build our own building in Pleudaniel, where our products are made and one of our stores sells directly to consumers.

We make ten varieties of caramel bites, nine kinds of caramel cream spreads, as well as fruit jellies and pure butter shortbread. All are available for tasting in our boutiques. Our delicacies are made with top-quality ingredients, carefully selected to bring delicious flavors to our products.
