The Roy company, based in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, is a family-run shellfish farm specializing in oysters from the Bay of Arguenon and bouchot mussels from the unspoilt waters of the Brittany coast.

Direct sales are available all year round for both fleshy, iodized oysters and bouchot mussels in season (June to autumn).

As a committed local producer, SARL Roy showcases authentic know-how handed down over the decades, reflecting the maritime terroir of the Emerald Coast.
