Plateau sportif de Plouaret
At 700 m, rue du Général de Gaulle, between the Jean Denis school and the leisure center, go to the sports complex, composed of :
- City Stadium: multi-sports field (soccer, basketball, handball, volleyball, tennis ball, badminton) and athletics track.
- A BMX track and a mountain bike trials track below, equipped with a water and drainage point.
- An archery range, accessible only through the Arc en ciel association.
- The tennis court is located behind Maison France Service, rue Louis Prigent.
- A 750 m² pumptrack (Parcours de glisse universelle®) with gentle bumps and curves, suitable for all ages and all wheeled and rolling disciplines: bikes, BMX, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, draisiennes?
- A petanque area, technically different from the Breton boules alleys.
- A paddock for horses at the start of the trail loop
The site is also the starting point for several trail routes and an equestrian loop.
600 m away, behind the village hall, the leisure park is home to :
- The accrobranche course, comprising 8 workshops: Barrels, 19 m disc footbridge, 19 m Japanese ladder, 11 m tightrope walker, 20 m Zig-Zag footbridge, 8 m wazzah jump and 9 m runaway trunk, and finally the 19 m tug-of-war.
- The playground features swings, slides, a climbing net on a high structure, spring-loaded seesaws and a turnstile.
- 3 fitness studios complete the facilities.
A book box is also available.
Permanent orienteering and mountain bike trails complete the range of sports and leisure activities on offer.
Hiking and cycling trails criss-cross the Plouaret countryside.
