Centre nautique de Fréhel

Between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, on the wide beach of Sables-d'Or-les Pins, the Fréhel nautical center offers a wide range of water sports activities:

- gliding, with catamaran, windsurfing, wing foil...

- catamaran, kayak and paddle excursions to discover exceptional natural environments such as the Sables-d'Or lagoon and the lagoon of the Saint-Michel islet

- sand yachting, an exhilarating activity for 8-year-olds and up!

- In summer: beach club, swimming, aquagym, aquaphobia, water walking and coastal lifesaving

Certified as a "French Sailing School" and "Nautical Spot", the center is open all year round.

Activities include :

- courses: sailboat, catamaran, windsurfing, coastal rescue...

- rental (and private lessons): paddle, giant paddle, kayak, windsurf, dinghy, catamaran

- discovery outings: sailing, kayaking, paddling

Schoolchildren and groups are also welcome from March to October on catamaran, paddle, kayak and sand yacht.

The year-round club operates on Wednesdays and Saturdays for young sailors, Optimist competition, dinghy, catamaran and sand yachting.
