The fishing card gives access to all rivers and reciprocal lakes in the Côtes d?Armor. The association organizes bank maintenance and fish habitat restoration projects with volunteer anglers.

It also runs a fishing school for young people.

It plays an active role in protecting aquatic environments through local water authorities. In 2019, the AAPPMA was awarded the Prix Charles Ritz, which each year rewards an association for its actions in favor of aquatic environments.
