Take note! After Paris, Venice and Taiwan, the fabulous virtual reality experience "Eternelle Notre Dame, special Cité des Télécoms edition" is coming to Pleumeur-Bodou!
Relive the history of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris thanks to virtual reality!
An extraordinary 45-minute journey through time and space, where you'll (re)discover the Cathedral, its bells, its framework and its stained-glass windows alongside the people who built it.
Building on its huge success in 2024, we are delighted to present the 2nd year of the "Special Effects: Break the Screen" exhibition, designed by CscI de Paris and CNC.
It's an interactive, behind-the-scenes exploration of how special effects are created in the cinema.
At the Cité, you're free to enjoy our entire site at your own pace, whether you're alone, with family or friends. So, while you're visiting the "Special Effects" exhibition, take the opportunity to revisit the permanent exhibits, enjoy interactive activities for all, or have fun in our 180 m2 children's area.
Discover or rediscover the gigantic 340-tonne horn antenna housed under the Radome, a listed historic monument and the only one of its kind in the world.
Our immersive tour will transport you back to 1962, and let you relive the very first transatlantic video link as if you were there!
Tighten your seatbelts and take your seats for the 360° ride over the Radôme, which, thanks to a virtual reality headset, lets you do what you couldn't do in real life: take off, fly over the Radôme and its park and land on the beaches of Pleumeur-Bodou.
Last but not least, this summer, it's party time at the Cité, with a rich program for our vacationing friends:
- On the esplanade, games, deckchairs and Virginie?s now-famous "Les Blés en folie" foodtruck.
- Magic show days on Mondays July 21, 28 and August 14, 11 and 18 with the Théâtre de Vitalis.
- Two Ciné Radôme screenings of Notre-Dame de Paris (1956) "Beurk" on Tuesdays, July 22 and August 5.
- And finally, 2 spectacular Radôme mapping evenings with "Une histoire du Radôme" (and no doubt a few surprises?), on Wednesday and Thursday, August 13 & 14.
