Creis-Ker is one of the villas built during the early days of the Godelins beach resort in 1905!

Built of exposed stone, it has just been renovated, and we've taken great care to preserve its original charm.

Designed from the outset as a vacation home, it is ideally located between the town center and the beach, both within easy walking distance.

It comprises a large living room with kitchen opening east-south-east onto the garden, 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, all on 3 levels, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Fully enclosed 300 m² garden, with lean-to (possibility of storing bicycles, beach equipment, etc.).

First floor: large 40 m² living room opening onto the garden.

Kitchen equipment: 4 burners, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.

1st floor: Bedroom 1: 1 single adult bed, 1 junior bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140*190) Bathroom: shower, washbasin, toilet.

2nd floor: Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140*190). Bedroom 4: trundle bed (possibility of 2 single beds or 1 very large double bed). Bathroom: washbasin, toilet.

Baby equipment (on request): cot, bathtub, high chair, potty, etc

No smoking inside.

Pets are allowed after agreement (only 1 pet will be accepted).
