In a quiet, leafy setting, this detached single-storey house welcomes you for a peaceful stay on the Pink Granite Coast. Surrounded by flowers and shrubs and nicely shaded, it offers the ideal setting to recharge your batteries, close to the listed site of Le Yaudet and the famous "sentier des douaniers" (GR34).

Suitable for 4 people, the house comprises a bright living room with lounge and dining area (HDTV), and a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, etc.).

On the night side, two independent bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm) and a crib. Each room has its own cupboard space.

The recent bathroom features a modern shower, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.

In the basement, you'll find a washing machine, clothes lines, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue for summer meals. Garage and driveway parking are also available.

The neighborhood boasts a pleasant communal park and a windmill rebuilt by local residents, close to the small, sheltered port of Le Yaudet.

Just a few kilometers away, discover Lannion and its charming historic town, Pleumeur-Bodou and its must-sees (the Radôme, the Cité des Télécommunications, the Village Gaulois), not forgetting the beaches of Locquémeau, Trébeurden, Perros-Guirec and Trégastel, the village of Ploumanac?h or the castles of Tonquédec, Kergrist and Rosanbo.
