In the heart of Lannion, a town crossed by the Le Léguer, the location is ideal for visiting the town, or for reaching the sea via the towpath or the countryside by the river (on foot - GR34, or by bike - VOIE n°4). Fishing, kayaking and rafting enthusiasts will be delighted by the Léguer's many attractions. You can also arrive by train: Luc will welcome you at the nearby station. Shops, restaurants, cinemas, theaters and swimming pools are also just 500 m away. A town of art and history, Luc has a rich heritage and a marvellous architectural palette. Don't miss a visit to the Côte de Granit Rose, Ploumanach is 15 km away!

Au Joli Bois is an independent guest room with private access to the owner's house. The staircase leads to a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a sitting area (TV, stereo), a kitchenette (fridge, microwave), a bathroom (large Italian shower, washbasin) and a separate toilet. Breakfast is served either in the bedroom or in the owner's living room-kitchen. A wooden terrace overlooks an enclosed, wooded garden in this quiet neighborhood just on the edge of the town center (500 m). Parking on property. Cot and booster seat available on request.
