L’expérience mini-maison

We welcome you to our mini-home "La Dépendance", in Binic-Etables sur Mer, in the countryside, in a calm and peaceful environment.

Ideally located in the Côtes d?Armor, halfway between the Pink Granite Coast and the Cap d?Erquy Cap Fréhel Grand Site de France, and 25 minutes from the Paimpol coast and the Ile de Bréhat.

The mini-home sleeps 2. We've taken great care in decorating it to make our guests feel at home. In the mini-home, you'll find :

? a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cooking utensils - everything you need to eat and cook, even for a weekend! We provide all the essentials (salt, pepper, spices, sugar, coffee, herbal teas, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc.);

? a bathroom with a 90x90 shower, washbasin and toilet;

? a mezzanine (with protective railings) offering sleeping accommodation for 2 people with 1 double bed. ATTENTION: access to the mezzanine is via a Japanese staircase, which is a little steep and not recommended for people with limited mobility;

? outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
