Guergonet is ideally located 20min from Saint-Brieuc, 15min from Guingamp and 25min from the first beaches. Close enough to the RN12, yet pleasantly secluded, our accommodation offers you a peaceful haven in which to disconnect (although we are equipped with fiber with free Wi-Fi).

The property has a terrace, free, secure private parking and independent access via a key box.

Surrounded by our many animals (chickens, ducks, cats, goats and sheep), don't hesitate to ask us if you'd like to help look after the animals - it's always great fun, especially for children.

The property is non-smoking and comprises 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the second with a queen-size bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and the living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV.

To make your stay as easy as possible, we have provided a guide to the apartment, but we are always available for any special requests or needs.
