Inside, on the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and sitting area (equipped with a 190x140 sofa-bed) overlooking a spacious terrace facing the landscaped grounds, and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, under a converted attic, you'll find your bedroom (1 190x140 bed) + 1 90x190 extra bed on request.

Ideally located, 20' from the seaside (Binic, Plérin Les Rosaires), 40' from the famous Côte de Granit Rose, 35' from Île de Bréhat and Paimpol, 20' from St-Brieuc and 15 minutes from Guingamp train station, 1h23 from St-Malo, 1h22 from Brest,1h50 from Vannes, 2h20 from Mont-St-Michel.
