Vallon de Trorozec

Part of the former domain of the manor of Trorozec, this space of 7,5 ha is today property of the city of Lannion, since 2007. Developed for agricultural and forestry production, it now serves as an ecological corridor between the city and the countryside.

This natural enclave has a landscape of bocage, woods and meadows inherited from its past. The St. Patrick's brook, which crosses it, completes the decor by bringing its diversity of wetlands on both sides of the embankment. The old orchard shelters again a collection of apple trees characteristic of Côtes d'Armor and Brittany.

The fauna that inhabits these environments is represented by numerous butterflies and birds that cross paths with, among others, the badger, the fox and the marten.

Welcome in the ordinary nature and managed in a differentiated way.

A 2 km discovery trail tells you about the life of this valley in 9 stations and 30 descriptive plaques.
